Bev Kenya says: A lot more than anything my husband and I wanted a baby, we had been trying for a year with no success. My husband bought every book and program on the marketplace . We have been testing for ovulation everyday and saving up our baby generating time for just when that little stick turned pink. It has become apparent to me that some people may rely on tools to help them conceive. These may be fertility monitors, or pregnancy test kits, books and other more exotic items. Some people swear by them that these work. So I will be featuring them soon.

In order to become pregnant, we humans need to eat the right kind of fats. And we need quite a bit of fat. The USDA food pyramid is wrong. We need more fats and less carbohydrates. This makes sure we make enough hormones to be able to reproduce. Read more
