Have sex when you feel like it.

That is correct. After doing all the health stuff, de-stressing stuff, and laying off sex for some time; you will find your horniness growing back to a point where you actually WANT to have healthy, life creating, sex. Throw away that ovulation calendar for the moment. Healthy people subconsciously engineer their own ovulations in time with anticipations of sex.

Be happy, lower your level of stress

Stress is one of those major health obstacles.  Choose a de-stressing activity that appeals to you.  Mine is fishing and taking time off from the computer.  Your bedroom must be a tool for rejuvenation.  Store your cell phone, watch, computer and any other electrical or electronic appliance in another room.  Do not use an alarm clock.  Raise a couple of chickens instead, remember to get a rooster.

I live in the Philippines and I only found out about this wonderful book a week ago: Natural Cures they don’t want you to know.  I bought both books from a friend and found them very much factual and honestly accurate.  Although I do not agree with all of Kevin’s opinions, I find myself agreeing with most of them.  These books should be a reference manual on every home library.
