Do not allow baby making to become a dreaded “job” you just have to go through with!
There are elements in human sexuality that must be nurtured. There is the novelty of sex. Do it only during possibly fertile times, and only when you feel like it. Sex does not have to be on a clock schedule. Give yourselves opportunities, wide open possibilities. The sexual electricity needs building, a good breakfast, light touching, some cuddling, a healthy energetic meal, an awakening exercise.
Try sleeping in different rooms instead of always being beside each other. Give each other space and time enough to “miss” one another so you actually look forward to having sexual intercourse.
Have some variety in your sexual activity and positions. But remember to end with sexual intercourse as this remains your objective.
Nurture your bodies. Detoxify, remove toxic and poison sources, be properly hydrated with salt and water, get proper nutrition, sun and exercise. Listen to your bodies. Remember those first few times when you were very excited with passion of sex. We can never come back to those heights, but if we listen to our bodies, we can still try.

Hi there,
I’m happy to have found this website! Yesterday I felt so down after I’ve seen my ob-gyn for the nth time! I can’t help but cry whenever his words “you’re racing against time to have a child” resonates in my ears!! I told my husband it looks like I’m paying these doctors to torture me. It’s not a joke to shell out 4,200 pesos for an ordinary juan dela cruz like us, everytime we visit the ob-gyn just to be told that we need to come back for more tests and we need to be referred to this and that fertility specialist! So I had enough of those ob-gyn who wants to me to undergo fertility program . . . . my husband told me we better stop seeing them because there’s no way my body is going to take deadly hormone cocktails! I was on birth control pills for 4 years and that’s the biggest mistake I’ve made! After 6 years of being off the pills, I still feel the toxins in my body! Two years ago, I had a transvaginal ultrasound together with other expensive lab tests which I can’t remember anymore and the results were all normal. Yesterday, my ob-gyn asked me to have a transvaginal ultrasound again and the result revealed that I have mild endometriosis which my ob-gyn said can be the cause of my infertility. He said that the cure for it is either surgery or forced menopause for a certain period of time by hormonal drugs! There’s no way I’ll take those hormonal drugs, surgery is also not an option for me! Surgery is too expensive and too invasive! We’ve been trying to conceive a baby for the past three years but to no avail! My doctor said medical science doesn’t know the real cause of endomertiosis. I’ve searched for answers on the internet and I have found that there could be an alternative cure for this.
I always believe that our body has the capacity to heal itself and I’m now seeking for natural cure and none-envasive methods. I’ve read all your articles and the dental clean-up really caught my attention. Had I read this info before, I wouldn’t go through the expensive process of root canal, metal crown implant and bridge. I always knew there’s something wrong with my teeth after i’ve been through that so called expensive dental rehabilitation. In fact, I didn’t finish the sessions with my dentist eventhough she keeps on sending me sms for a follow-up dental check-up! Again, I felt that I was paying her all my lifetime savings just for her to make me feel sick! Ever since I had those, I always suffer from bacterial sinusitis, infact it never goes away. My husband also complains that I have bad breath in the morning and i know where it’s coming from, it’s from the metal crown implants. Have you tried the services of doctor gaba? Can you give me an idea how much it will cost me? I’m really bent on removing these metal crown implants and root canals if my modest income can afford it. What services are offered by dr. hey and dr. austria? can an ordinary juan de la cruz afford their natural treatment programs without draining our finances? The truth is, for the past two year, my husband and I have no savings because all of our savings went to the ob-gyn and lab tests and procedures . . . we’re definitely living on a day to day basis and we can’t go on any longer. Many people I know told me that I should go to a hilot because they say that “baka daw mababa ang matres ko”, but where can i find a real hilot who really knows what she’s doing. I read that you also opted for a hilot before, can you refer me to her? Many many thanks. I hope to hear from you soon.
